BUSINESS MODEL CASE STUDY: HYDRA MASK FOR

Abstract


The increase of air pollution in big cities in Indonesia and the use of mass transportation speed up continuously. Meanwhile, the resident in those big cities such us DKI Jakarta, Bandung, and Surabaya begin their life with samrtphone to simplify their life. That lifestyle include the using of headphone to hear music, bluetooth to connect the android to headphone, and many more. But, that lifestyle not accompanied with the utility like safe masker. Therefore, this research aim is to make the tools that combinate the masker which user friendly and bloetooth application that simplified the mass rapid transportation user. This tools named Hydra Mask. We build the business model which combine innovation and entrepreneurship. The output of this business model is Hydra Mask. With this Hydra Mask, we hope the resident of Big Cities in Indonesia will have the tools to prevent the air pollution while they still can maximaze their lifestyle
