THE INFLUENCE OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE TYPOLOGY ON TURNOVER INTENTION OF EMPLOYEES

Abstract


Retaining employees is very important for businesses, because of the effects on performance. Many studies indicated that organization culture typology has significance effects on employee behaviors. This study aimed to analyze the influence of organizational culture typology on turnover intention of employees. The study involved 150 respondents, drawn randomly, and the data were analyzed with multiple linear regression analysis and processed with SPSS version 20. The results showed that the clan culture negatively and significantly affected turnover intention of employees, while hierarchy, market, and adhocracy culture did not significantly affect on turnover intention of employees.
